SENtre (Essex) is proud to be part of SEND Sensation, a partnership of seven Essex-based, locally trusted organisations that promote a level playing field and positive experiences for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Meet the team
The partnership will provide Short Breaks Community Clubs and Activities in Mid Essex and North Essex from:
Abberton Rural Training, SENtre (Essex), Disability 4 Sport, Happy Hill Essex, Independence Project, InterAct, Mistley Kids Club.
Community based activities
Providing services in Colchester, Clacton, Tendring, Braintree, Chelmsford and Maldon. Our providers are geographically placed to ensure that everyone has local services, creating easy access.
Essex Short Breaks
To take part, your child or young person must register with Essex Short Breaks and be in receipt of their unique passport ID number. They will not be able to access a Short Break Community Club or Activity without one.

SEND Sensation has come together to provide venue based clubs and community based activities with specialist staff and facilities to support children and young people with learning disabilities and autism, physical and sensory impairments and special educational needs and disabilities.
